FireOrb the name

The name "FireOrb" is released under the Public Domain and is not a trademark. Use of the name in conjuction with the use, distribution and marketing of the FireOrb Content Management Framework is allowed under all circumstances covered by the Public Domain license. This allows for the free use of the name in domain name registration, printed materials, electronic media, products and naming of businesses. There is no copyright holder or any entity with the right to trademark or protect the name "FireOrb" in conjuction with its use as part of the GPL software project.

The purpose of the licensing is to make it easy to spread the popularity and use of FireOrb with out ever having to worry about trademarks, licensing or litigation.

FireOrb the logo

The logo "FireOrb" is released under the GPL3 and is not a trademark. Use of the logo in conjuction with the use, distribution and marketing of the FireOrb Content Management Framework is allowed under all circumstances covered by the GPL license. The logo is a derivative of the drupalicon logo which is covered under the GPL.

FireOrb the source

The source code of "FireOrb" is released under the GPL3 and does not contain trademarked material. Use of the source in conjuction with the use, distribution and marketing of the FireOrb Content Management Framework is allowed under all circumstances covered by the GPL license.

FireOrb the documentation

The external and internal documentation of "FireOrb" is released under the GPL3 and does not contain trademarked material. Use of the documentation in conjuction with the use, distribution and marketing of the FireOrb Content Management Framework is allowed under all circumstances covered by the GPL license.

The FireOrb Content Management Framework is released under the GPL and all materials, sources and names released as part of the FireOrb project are also GPL licensed.
